Personalized Products
All our products are custom-made based on the personalization options chosen by each customer (text, visuals, dates, locations, etc.).
⚠️ For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Damaged or Lost Products
If your product arrives damaged or if your order is lost during delivery:

We will send you a replacement free of charge.

You must provide the necessary proof (photos of the damaged product/packaging, or proof of non-delivery).
Order Errors
Please check your personalization details carefully before placing your order.

The visual shown on the product page is considered the final proof (BAT) and will be printed as is.

Ink of Us is not responsible for mistakes in the information you provide (e.g., wrong names, dates, or locations).
