Overview

The website Ink of Us is operated by Ikomiris. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ink of Us / Ikomiris.

Ink of Us sells personalized decorative creations (canvases, framed posters), each custom-made for every client.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

1. Customized Products

All our products are made on demand according to the client’s personalization choices (text, visuals, location, date, etc.).
Before confirming an order, the client must carefully review the visual preview shown on the product page.
⚠️ This preview is considered the final proof (BAT) and will be printed as is, without further changes.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

As a result:

No returns or refunds are possible once an order is confirmed.
The client is fully responsible for the information and personalization details provided.

3. Delivery

Products are printed and shipped directly to the client’s address.
Ink of Us is not responsible for errors in the delivery address provided by the client.
Delivery times are estimates only.

Missing or damaged products
If a package is lost or a product is damaged during transport:

Ink of Us will re-send a new product free of charge.
The client must provide the required evidence (photos of the damaged package/product, proof of non-delivery, etc.).

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Payment is due immediately via the secure methods available on the site.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Client Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete details when placing an order (name, address, payment method).
Ink of Us reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious or non-compliant order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted (except for products not received or damaged in transit – see Article 3).

7. Intellectual Property

All creations and visuals offered by Ink of Us remain our exclusive property.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is strictly forbidden.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If not possible, the competent court will be that of the defendant’s residence or the product’s delivery location.
